THE STUDIO

ACAI Studios is a 1,400 square foot multi-set production studio in Manchester, built for brands, photographers and creative teams who need to shoot efficiently in one space.

With multiple adaptable backdrop sets, including a controlled lighting infinity cove, natural light sets, and newly added natural light paper reel cove sets, alongside a fully flexible event space, the studio is designed to give you complete creative control without needing multiple locations.

From fashion campaigns and product launches to social content, podcasts, pop-up shops and brand activations, ACAI Studios lets you shoot everything in one place.

OPENING TIMES

Monday to Friday 6am–8pm.

Saturday 9am–5pm.

Sunday 10am–3:30pm.

  • Natural Light Paper Backdrop Cove ‍ ‍

    For brands and creators who want imagery that feels softer, more organic, and editorial in style. Our natural light paper reel cove is available in White and Leafy Green, perfect for lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and social-first content. Includes 2 LED panel lights for additional control when the light drops.

    Why book multiple studios when one space does it all? Our moveable wall system gives you additional setup options within the same shoot, switch looks instantly without resetting your entire production. More variety, less downtime, better content.

Lighting & Flash Equipment

ACAI Studios is split into two distinct working environments, giving photographers and creative teams full flexibility across natural and controlled lighting setups in a single session.

• Front space: natural light

Flooded with natural light and designed for softer, more organic imagery. Ideal for lifestyle, beauty, editorial, and social-first content where a clean, natural feel is everything.

• Rear space: darker, fully controllable

A darker, fully controllable environment built for precision. Perfect for ecommerce, campaigns, and production work where consistent, repeatable lighting is essential. Take complete control of every frame.

For flash and advanced lighting setups, we recommend external hire Direct Digital, giving you full control over your production setup.

Equipment Load-In & Access
The studio is fully accessible for equipment load-in and setup. With a dedicated loading bay and a large lift serving the studio floor, getting kit in and out is straightforward, no stairs, no awkward access, no wasted time. Bring your own equipment, hire in what you need, and get straight to work.
